Boy, excuse me while I enjoy that, that’s so delicious. But let’s get on with that. Let’s talk about how do you make it. I really enjoy cooking this particular dinner and it’s really very easy, trust me on this one, it’s very easy.
First of all, you get one pound of ground beef, lean ground beef is good, a tablespoon of cornstarch, one onion finely chopped, salt and pepper and of course one egg.

Once you mix them all together, use your hands if you want to. You form them into little meatballs just like that. And then what you want to do is you want to brown them. Now, here’s the thing. You can cook them as long as you want here. The longer you cook them here is the lesser time you have to simmer them later. If you would want to simmer them longer then cook them a short just to brown them at this particular junk free.
And then of course this is your sweet and sour sauce right here, two tablespoon cornstarch, one tablespoon soy sauce, three tablespoon of vinegar, half a cup of sugar and six tablespoon or more of water, that’s about it.
Got to cost you about something, once you mix it all together and you put into your pan, you’ve got to stir constantly because you’re talking about cornstarch. So, you need to stir it all the time and watch it become very, very thick. Once it’s nice and thick, you can just have to keep stirring it and you watch it. Get it as hot as you can and then you keep stirring and then you add your meatballs that you prepared earlier, that you’ve browned earlier and you also want to add your pineapple and of course your pepper.
As for the pineapple and pepper, it’s very simple really. All you need to do is to have one cup of pineapple and juice. In other words, juice and the pineapple together and as much of bell pepper as you like. If you like bell pepper, add a lot of it.
Anyway, this thing turned out really well. This is what it looks like after you put it all together and let it simmer until the meatballs are done. That’s it. Then you serve it nice and hot. Enjoy.
