Normally, it wouldn’t be too little excited upon things like bats or ghosts in your mailbox but now what is there were fun party invitations. I think that might change your mind I’m going to show you how to make both of these. They’re super easy answerable quick, starting with the sparkly fact.
The first thing you want to do is make a little invitation and print it out on some orange cardstock or whatever color tickles your fancy. You can see here that I have it circled in my paper and that’s because I’m going to put a little bat template on there, it’s just made out of cardboard and it circles right up, hold him down and either use a craft knife and trace them out or trace them with a pin and then cut them out with scissors.
Now we need to get our sparkling black foam on there on there or I could either again use my craft knife or I’ll flip it over to this dole backside or use a pencil to trace him cut him out with scissors. Now you have your orange invitation and you have your black sparkles and together line them up so that you get the orange pop at the back. They form invitation awesome.
The next thing I would do is glue on a couple of giggly eyes, the fun part about this invitation is the inside of it is actually is in a little picture frame. We need to glue our bat down but this part is where it gets a little tricky and you don’t want to glue all these down right here.
At the top of your little bat’s head and we want to go all the way around this little wings band and then some people can see the picture and you want to be able to stick into the fridge after the party, you add some magnetic tape to the back, but this just kind of little sticky back on them so just peel of the back, stick it on, get our little friend again, stick him in and there he is two from one special. That’s what I’m talking about.
Now what was once a party invitation is now a party favor and bad sign your only option over here we have some cute little black kitties with boughs on their tail and we even have some of those, very fun, very easy and everybody’s going to want to come to your party. Now the only other invitation I could think that is even half that cute is our friend the ghost invitation and the reason I love this one is it’s edible, there’s a big ole lollipop underneath all that felt. Let me show you how it’s done.
You get your big lollipop and you get to have some specialty candy stores sometimes and occasionally the grocery store will have them then you get your party and so and you print it up until white cardstock and you take your invite to one side and a piece of plain white o the other. The reason we’re going to do that way is we don’t want to see the invitation through your felt so the ghost spaces actually is going to be the plain white cardstock.
Gather it up use a pipe cleaner to fasten that all in the place then you come in with the cute little red bow, you just need some outfit, and he wants a bow tie. So you put that on then maybe use some felt glue and give him some little eyes. We use done and it’s really look a little cute. So whether you get the back of the male or you handle over this one you can just about guarantee that everybody’s going to the RSVP a big fat yes to your party.
