Hi there, my name is Randy Wood and today I’m going to be making a fantastic recipe for you called peanut butter fudge brownies.
Now the first thing you’re going to do is you pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. And now we’re going to start adding the ingredients. I’m just loading up the first coat even in your spatula and I’m going to damp in a bowl. This is a great recipe if you having a company over and you want to make something great for dessert but don’t really have time.
Three ingredients in a bowl in a pan and the oven and you’re done. It make 16 servings, it’s only 63 calories per serving which is fantastic compared to a regular brownie and will probably have cost your 250 without icing. Now the next ingredient is the brownie mixture. What’s so fantastic about this recipe is it’s a minimal dishes. You only need a bowl, a spatula, a spoon a can opener and a pan and you get to go.
So I’m just going to mix that together. So you just want to make sure it’s blended well, you don’t have any lumps or anything like that until it’s smooth. I find folding is a good way to do it. Take out from underneath, pull that on top and you get all the dry mixture. The recipe calls for an 8x8 pan but a 9x9 pan would work fine too. And what you’re going to do is you’re going to take some nonstick spray and you’re going to spray the pan. So we have our pan ready to go and you’re just going to pour the butter into the pan.
Now I’m just going to smoothen it out evenly on the pan. Then we’ll have our last ingredient, two tablespoons of peanut butter. You could just take bit for a bit and just clump on evenly around the brownie mixture. Because when it goes to the oven, it’s going to melt any ways. That last little bit in there, I don’t want to forget any peanut butter. So now, we’re going to put it in the oven. We’re going to let it bake for 35 minutes.
It’s been 35 minutes so the brownies should be nice and done and they smell so good. Technically, we would let the brownies cool for ten minutes. But I’m too anxious and I want to try them right now, so good.
