Hi! I am the Handy Goddess and today, we are going to be building a house. Okay, not actually but may be someday we are going to build a house from scratch. But what we are going to talk about today is purchasing homes because you know what I think a lot of us would like to purchase a home and we have homes and we want to purchase more homes and do this real estate big right.
Well, you know what, there's a lot of these real estate programs out there but damn, they leave you high and dry at the end. Look, if you are going to be spending a ton money and getting into dealing with big dollar items, I believe and think you should know what the heck you are doing, don't you? The best way to do that is actually have education, real physical education where things go in your mind six day and you can move forward and make intelligent decisions on purchases in your life, for your life and creating more money for yourself and all that kind of good stuff.
So, what I have to tell you about is this program, it's a national university, it's a physical university where you are going, you have like minded group of people all around you, who are learning things that are absolutely top notch. Impressive actually, I mean I am an artist and I find this stuff interesting. I never thought I find it interesting but when you have quality teachers, quality surroundings, it makes such a huge difference. It's there for you, programs can be repeated, I mean at the most, it's just amazing. So, rather than me trying spell out what it's all about, I want you to contact my friend, Max. She is really great and she will look up and find out wherever you need to go in your nearby community and that you can actually learn about all the ins and outs of what this program is, so you can actually make an educated decision on whether or not you want to get involved or not.
But take it from me, someone who's been around and I have the experience with the others, this is amazing. Oh! And you know what's really cool? It's always so amazing, I mean every time I go there and the new groups or events or stuff like that, you see people around you and you keep running into people. People that have actually spent 10, 20, 30, 40 grand on another programs and then they are here because that didn't quite work. Frankly, they didn't get their money's worth. So, they have to spend a little bit more because they know that this can be so beneficial to them.
