Every bar and restaurant wants to provide a complete experience for their guest. But many forget to include interesting alcohol free drinks. I mean, how many Shirley Temples can a mom to be your designated driver take. I want to show you some interesting non-alcoholic cocktails that are so tasty and easy to make, they will be coming back for more.
Hi, I'm Natalie, also known as the Liquid Muse. As a cocktail book author, blogger and mixologist. I'm always looking for new inspiration. Welcome to Inspired Sips with the Liquid Muse.
Whether popping a cork of the bubbly of sipping a glass of merlot, Fre alcohol removed wine is a great option for people who want to avoid alcohol, but don’t want to feel like they're missing something. I really like this line because it actually started as real wine and they had the alcohol removed. Which means that it still retains some of the characteristics of the variety.
A chilled glass of Fre chardonnay is wonderful in a warm evening. And a bottle of white wine will usually stay good for about 2-3 days after it’s opened. So a great way to use the rest of the bottle is mixing my sin free sangria.
In addition to the Fre chardonnay, I'm going to add about a cup of orange juice. And about half a cup of cranberry juice. We’ll add a little of sprits from the soda gun. And then I'm going to add a whole sliced orange, a whole slice lemon, and a whole slice lime. Give this a little stir. And serve it over ice. It’s colorful, delicious, and something everyone in your restaurant can enjoy.
Next I want to show you how to make a non-alcoholic sparkling cocktail. Everybody loves a little bubbly when celebrating a special occasion. So keeping the Fre sparkling wine on hand is a very thoughtful way to indulge anyone visiting your establishment. This sparkling cocktail called the Sparkling Pomegranate Snowflake.
I'm rimming the glass with a little bit of sugar and then setting it aside, while I grab the pomegranate juice and pour about 3 ounces into my mixing glass. Next, we’ll add about half an ounce of simple syrup and we’ll squeeze half a lemon into the drink. Now half a lemon is approximately half to three quarters of an ounce.
Now give this a little shake. We’re shaking the drink really just to cool it and mix it up a little. So you don’t have to shake it for a long time.
Strain it into the champagne flute. And top it with Fre alcohol remove sparkling fruit.
So let’s toast to including everyone in the fun.
Being a thoughtful bartender not only makes you more money, it fosters customer loyalty and giving everyone a great time, but hospitality is all about.
