This cooking show is another exciting dish for—you know with green peppers application which I actually grew this out of my garden along with my parsley, very nice in the fall season here.
I am going to show you a dish called black and pepper stake. So here are the ingredients, what you will need here. We have garlic and of course we have green pepper which I julienne, parsley, onion which you want to julienne as well, black pepper and also from the side dish, you use mashed potatoes.
So ahead of time I sautéed our onions and green peppers in which I have over here cooking already. It’s already been cooking. I’m going to put this—combine your onions and green peppers in the dish right there. Combine that which—I will just cook them right there. So, grab your mashed potatoes and we’re going to serve this family style.
So, now we’ll play it over here. Really nice mashed potatoes. This recipe as you see is here is for two people if you want you can go ahead and give me a shout out and I will send you the recipe in detailed form.
So, let me grab a fork over here, get this here. You just let the heat you know, like I said you just warm and—warm this through so, you know the stake what I am using today is a —like a beef brisket. Pour this over like so. Very nice. That is very cool. That looks very cool, nice, nice color.
