How to Make Potato Kugel

Today, I’m going to make a few vegetable dishes. I’m going to make a potato kugel. Cut the potato for about 10 huge one Idaho.

I shouldn’t use too much, my son would always tells me. Mom, don’t put in too much salt there, very conscience of you know about the salt. We’ll just put in here, it’s going to be easy to handle. Mix the potatoes. I think I will use it like maybe six. I should take off some of the water a little bit and a little matzah meal.

The oil has to be boiling otherwise it will stick. That looks good. I’ll put that for 450 for a few minutes and I have it to like 375.

It’s a little bit salty but it’s okay. I like it salty.
