Combine two eggs, one 16 ounce can of pumpkin puree, one 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Then pour the mixture into a pie shell. Bake it for 15 minutes at 425 F. Then reduce the heat and bake for 35-40 minutes longer at 350 F. Allow your pie to cool. Serve this pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
