How to Make Roasted Pepper Crostini

[Music-Playing] So, the third type of cuisine, our mixed Crostini is going to be a Roasted Yellow Pepper Crostini. The easiest way to cut a pepper is just go down in sides like this, kind of turn it around. And then you kind of snack on the bottom if you are hungry. It is a healthy snack. So we are just going to put our pieces on our baking sheet and then season them with salted pepper and toast them with a little olive oil. And that is it. Actually, you just throw them in the oven like 400 degrees until they get really, really soft and then we are going to take them out and chop them up. They are really good like. They actually get really sweet especially these yellow peppers when you put them in the oven. Our peppers, I am just actually peeling off the pepper skin. I mean you can leave it on there but I mean if you have the time to stick it off, it makes the pepper like a lot so gear, we have to chop the peppers into thin strips so they sit nicely on our Crostini. Oh, I am putting our roasted yellow peppers on our toasted Crostini and they are going to go on the platter with the other tips. [Music-Playing]
