Chloe Jarrett: Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to cooking with Chloe and today I’m going to have a special guest on the show for Mother’s day so stick around. Welcome to our Mother’s Day show. I would like to introduce someone very special, my mother.
Judy Jarrett Hi, Chloe.
Chloe Jarrett: Happy Mother’s Day.
Judy Jarrett Thank you. So what are we going to make today, Chloe?
Chloe Jarrett: I don’t know what are we going to make.
Audience: Rocamole!
Judy Jarrett Alright, that sounds good. Chloe, I’ll wash my hands, you get my apron.
Rocamole! All right, that’s one of my favorites and your dad’s so you can certainly help me with this. It looks like you already have some of my ingredients out here so that’s good. We’ve got some avocado, and as we know, we should choose the avocado that are soft but not too soft and hard but not too hard. This feel pretty good right there and always when you use them within three days of buying them as well, your going at the hard way on that. So I think we’re going to two avocados, our special tomato, green pepper and onion sauce and then our magic mix.
First thing we want to do is cut the avocados open, this may not be the most traditional way but I find it to be the easiest and I just fluff it ion those bowl that I’m going to use. You know what this is Chloe?
Chloe Jarrett: I seed?
Judy Jarrett: Got it. Okay, you want to do this one, no?
I’m going to wash my hands again. At this point Chloe, you can just add the tomato mixture and start mixing away. How are you doing with it? You can mix with the fork. I like to just mush it. there’s many things that we can do with this so that we do with it as a family and we use to top burgers, steaks, we add it to soups and our favorite, chips and salsa.
Chloe Jarrett: Hold on a sec.
Judy Jarrett: Okay.
Chloe Jarrett: Audience, what we need?
Audience: Kitchen Magic!
Judy Jarrett: Let’s mix it all up real nice. For our dinner tonight, we’re going to prepare it with chips and salsa, that looks pretty, and we are ready to taste.
Hmm…just like summer.
Chloe Jarrett: And that’s it for cooking with Chloe today. Catch you next time.
