Making Rose Hip Tea Making rose hip tea. These are the rose hips that come from the wild rose. You can’t eat, this middle bit. These seeds and just scrape all those out. That’s all we need, can’t eat it also, you get a stomachache. They’re really itchy if you get one on your skin. And then put them in a cup of water. [Demonstration] And what you need to do is light a fire or a little stove.
