Awesome! I just tried to make crackers from a book recipe that said they were super easy. I am eliminating wheat (allergies) & so I tried Quinoa flour crackers & Rice Flour crackers, but I had to throw away both batches because it stuck so badly to the pan!! So Bummed!! But now I know the secret of using the silpat & cutting them up before I cook them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I was munching on the last of the crackers from the $7 bag, and thought there MUST be a way to make these at home for a fraction of the cost. Well, there is, and I can't wait to try them! Thanks for a great site!!!
