Today, I’m going to do a simple seafood masala with some curry spices and some crab meat from the Phillips crab meat. I’m actually going to be using the jungle crab and this very easy recipe, most of the staple ingredients which you already have in your home is the garlic right here and the onion. I’m using the white onion then yet your curry spices along with your crab meat. I’m going to be using a blue crab from the Phillips crab meat,
the jungle size, like that.
What you want to do with your garlic and your onions over here which I already have going here. My camera guy can zoom in on your onion. This is how the color –
This should take you about five to ten minutes, a time, so kind of speed up for you a little bit and – So your curry spice you want to add some water to –
You want to have it like a paste, just like this. So now it’s ready where it needs to be.
You add this – and you know – You hear it sizzle like that. You want to cook in your – this curry mixture spice with that so – before you add your seafood.
So you’re actually cooking the – all the spices in there and releases all the aroma is what you’re looking for.
So this is only going to take less than a minute, you know.
Now the pan is really-really-really nice. Really smooth, come over look out how it spices on that spoon.
You grab your crab meat, with that like so – and you can serve it with, you know, with some rice. Which I have here about ready to –
And now with this already cooked meat, crab meat or some other seafood you have.
This is only going to take 90 of a minutes so – This dish will only take you typically above 10 to 15 minutes time so –
It’s a very healthy vegetarian dish if you are looking at – on that angle or you’re loosing –want to loose weight, this is a very simple high protein meal. And –
It’s about ready.
That’s what you’re looking for – it’s all coated through. You want to be gentle with your seafood so you don’t break it up itself.
So, go ahead and turn that off. Bring this over here.
