Recipe for kebab, you will need 300 grams of minced meat or keema, three to four pieces of potato, a quarter of an onion chopped, one green chili and coriander, one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, half a teaspoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of black pepper and salt to taste.
We will grind together the keema, the onions, the potatoes, the green chili and the ginger garlic paste. We’ll also add the red chili, the black pepper and salt. Grind it together, now take it out on the bowl, add some oil to the pan, mix the keema that we blended and now we’ll just take a tiny piece and fire in the oil to just check for salt and chili and whatever taste you might have. When its done, you can just take it out and taste it if you need to add any other extra salt or chili or anything. I want some extra salt in ours so we’ll add that to our keema and then mix it all together and the slow fire we will make the sausage type shapes for the kebab just like so.
And then just turn them over to cook them in the other side, their getting darker now and just keep flipping them over until its evenly brown on each side. And now put the kebab and then you toss them like that and we’ll just going to put the kebab on the fire just to give it that barbecue taste. If you’re not sure, not confident then don’t do this, don’t want to cause a fire.
The kebab is now done ready to be served, you can sprinkle some lemon juice on top as well and garnish with salad. The kebabs are ready to be served, you can serve with green chutney or any other chutney and you can have it whole or just in bite sizes.
