It is very intersting MP with instruction. The Sushi of Japan got real big and still growing in the market of World today ! I agreedm Sushi is most helthier food in the world and we Japanese eat then since 1820 in Japan. As you see or know or not, we Japanese have still keeping a world record of longest life average human today. I think our secret is a "Drinking a lot of Hot-Green Tea after very meals". This is the right answer for it and it is ture ! Here, I am in LA and we created something a new in Sushi-Industries too. It is took us for 5 years of time until today and its an online teaching system to teah you people "EVERYTHING ABOUT SUSHI" in Internet today !!! This is not a proper way of rolling sushi. The rice hasn't been seasoned either. What is this about? I have to agree with the other comments there.

Ok listen, first of all Jasmine is TOTALLY the wrong rice. The rice is the most important ingredient with regards to making sushi, any master sushi chief will tell the same, the rice needs to be flawless!!!! Do more research!!!! I could go on about this video for hours, but for you who are reading this....seek else where, but remember to begin with perfecting the rice!!!
