yea.........if someone back home saw this video im pretty sure they would revoke his asian accent. need more rice, less seaweed, better (wetter) knife....get rid of the rice paddle and chopsticks.....the list goes on

This fellow needs to get back to school. NOBODY spreads the rice on the nori this way and cuts the sushi without wetting his knife between cuts. He calls it "perfect sushi". This is amateur sushi in the worst sense of the word.

How to Make Sushi

Speaker: We need Japanese seaweed of course. It comes in 10 sheets for $2 and we need a asparagus, crab meat and carrot. You could use all kinds of vegetables if you want and you can also use all kinds of meats, maybe fish or buy pork or shrimps. It depends on your taste. And of course you will need some rice. Okay, if you roll it. Then seaweed, put on top of the bamboo mat. You want to spread over rice evenly, and then put on your carrots. Here we go, perfect sushi. Now we are going to cut it. Perfect sushi!
