How to Make Swedish Pancakes:

Speaker: Swedish Pan Cakes. Get the following ingredients flour, salt, milk and eggs. Also get the following utensils large measure cup, small measure cup, wire whip and get the following cookware silicon spatula, frying pan, grease. Let's start mixing the batter. Add 400ml of milk into large measure cup. Add about a teaspoon of salt. Measure 5/6 cup of flour. Crack two medium size eggs into milk. Add the flour. Whip the batter till it's free from lumps. Now we can start frying the pancakes. Grease the frying pan. Turn the heat on to about three -fourth. Fill half frying pan with batter. Spread the batter to cover the frying pan. Cook till batter is almost dry on top. Don't run out of steam, that will make pan cakes dry and burnt. Turn pan cake. Pan cake should be golden to medium brown. Cook back side 20-30 seconds. Keep cooking.
