Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to the pregnancy show, you can't talk about a New Year without mentioning a New Year's resolution. And normally when some one makes new years resolution they give something up, but today we are doing things a little differently, with the help of life coach and author Judy Librach we give you moms out there some positive new years resolution you want to bye, bye to help you and your family have a less stressful and happy year in 2008.
Make time for yourself
Judy Librach: And I think that its absolutely essential if you organize to find some time everyday, where you do a little something that's just for and it could literally be having a lot hey or a great coffee, and enjoying the morning paper, you might have to get up an little earlier to do so, but it is possible that's actually some one I do is I start the day much earlier than my kids one hour earlier and get to read the papers and have that coffee in a sunny kitchen and its great, its just so great because that sort of grounds you for the day, find time whether its late at night after the kids are going to bed have a bubble bath, instead of quick shower, make it a beautiful bubble bath with you know light a candle and use some aroma therapy and make it special, curl up with the favorite book, its just really good planning, you can even put in to your appointment book every single day a little thing that you want to try to achieve or a couple of times a week that will be just for you.
And what will happen is you will be rejuvenated, you'll be refreshed and you'll feel like you have so much more to give to your children, this is what we want.
