Today, we’ll be making a quick and easy party recipe tiny meatballs, made from the fabulous tiny turkey. Here are the ingredients. Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced onions, butter divided into 2 pieces, black pepper, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, Kocher salt, a dip of water, and egg. First, we’re going to put a small bit of butte in the pan. Sauté the onions, until they're golden brown. Add in the turkey to the mixing bowl.
We don’t want the mixture too liquid, otherwise it would be very difficult to make the meatballs. Now, I'm going to spoon out a small amount of meatball mixture and we’re going to roll it. See, it's nice and round. Later, I’ll show you a little trick just for the titty.
Now we add the meatballs and to cook the meatballs, approximately 7-10 minutes until they're brown on all sides. Everything I know about tiny meatballs, I learn from my second cousin, Evil Auntie, who spent her time rounding the wild west and such of a truly honest turkey.
Now, here’s the fun part. For the west batch, I'm going to take a little tool and use it to put a little indentation in top of the meatball and kind of flatten the bottom, so that at the very end, we’ll be able to make them look like a little titty. I take a little piece of pimiento or fire roasted pepper and I'm going to use it to make a titty. And we just place the little titty there and that’s all done.
The fun part, now we get to watch who eats the titty. There we are, all ready to take to our guest. I like to serve my tiny meatballs with a hotty beverage. Tonight, it's vodka with a twist of lime. Makes me feel like dancing, bona petite!
