Brain P. Mccarthy: Hi! I am Brian McCarthy, Vegetarian Chef for Bon Appetit Management Company and co-author of The Vegan Family Cookbook. And I like to welcome you here today to everydaydish.tv. Now before we get started I’ll just want to give you a little bit advice now you will see that little time bar right there just, just scrap at the begin my videos and just -- oh! Looks like about 25, 30 seconds because in the beginning of my videos -- well though was kind strange anyway welcome and we are going to be making some Vegan whipped cream here and this one of these recipes that is simple to make. It only has two ingredients but to need to remember four things on it so lets get started.
Four things you need to remember are one is you need to buy the right kind of coconut milk. They don’t know work you looking for a whole fat you don’t want to get the light something there has the coconut fat that’s separate. Some of them have a most of fiber are something in it. That tend to keep he fat in the liquid part together but we just interested in this the coconut fad on the top.
The second thing you need to remember is the coconut milk needs to be refrigerated overnight that way the coconut fad is nice and solidified and cooled.
The third thing is mixing bowl has to be well showed also because its all about keeping their cold water you whipped.
The fourth thing is how long you whipped you don’t want to whip it very long because when its like eight bites whip -- the longer you whip it. It will start to break down in deep flat so lets go ahead gets stated here we get our coconut milk in the refrigerator. We got our tie kitchen that seems to be the good brand you can experiment with different brands that you have if you find once that work or don’t work just go ahead and make some comments on everydaydish may be everybody can learn from you. That we are going to do as we can peers the bottom of this, we can drain off the lipped part on the bottom its like that there we go.
Now we are going to open up the top there we go and turn the -- and release there we go and what we can see on the top is that’ s the part that she want, that were just going to spoon this into our chilled mixer and within seat in the freezer you put in for and see halt and hour and hours probably better so it nice and chilled even the beaters just get this is in here where we go and -- we can, two cans you can just do one can of your. Okay we got the coconut fad in there this into our mixer and right now just kind of a release of time because you don’t wanted to warm up so we are going to put this up stated on, started slow so there we just grease it .
Now that’s done whipping we are going to add the powder sugar and you just going to add that just so with incorporates turn it on slowly and the, okay that’s we -- just going down there will be finished very nice, now when you get at this point you can put a right back into the refrigerator and it will stay for several hours that’s about as about as for as I tested and this looks wonderful just reminds be of a time. Here we are this is that was interesting we are going to put little this on to our dessert here.
Oh! This looks wonderful. Get a little simple here, that’s delicious and I’d like to thank you for coming here to everydaydish.tv and watch from here on YouTube or Lively Tube or whichever tube you happened to watching, thank you very much and enjoy!
