Welcome to how to make Vodka-Watermelon with Darius and James. This is the end-result. This is what it going to look like, or at least where the vodka soaks in.
Step one, get a watermelon.
Step two, get some vodka. We got a 40 ounce, so that is going to be enough for about two watermelons there.
So, third step is, put a hole in the watermelon, we got one right there, the size of the cap so the bottle will fit in there nice and snug as you can see here and James is going to cut a whole in the watermelon. Look at the precision and accuracy which he cuts the watermelon, that is perfect, wow! Now he is going to dig in there with a spoon. There we go. Let’s taste this, delicious.
Now, you want to dig a little hole for the spout of the vodka bottom. It also helps absorption. There, James is digging. There we go. He is digging a nice deep hole in there. So, it’s okay of the hole is deeper that than the spout of the vodka bottle but it has to be at least not deep. The deeper the better. There we go, look at that, deep hole.
I think it is pretty deep, yes, that is pretty deep hole. Now we are ready to throw the bottle in there. Alright, be careful. You do not want to spill it. There we go, that was a valiant team effort and this is how it’s done. Now, wait about a day or two until all the vodka soaks up into the watermelon there and then cut and you get to go.
