Hey guys. What’s up? This video is going to show you how to make your iPod touch look just like an iPhone. So I’m going to show you how to do it.
First what you got to want to do is always requirements of Jailbreak iPod touch or iPhone or iPhone 3G. It doesn’t work with a second generation iPod because there’s no Jailbreak for it yet and you need WiFi. You can see that—or EDGE or 3G whichever one you want. I prefer WiFi because it’s a lot faster than neither of those.
Okay, so first what you got to do is go into Cydia. This is very, very easy if you don’t want to do this then we’ll --. What you first got to want to do is push this to open up. You can click search and you’re going to search transformer; T-R-A-N-S-F-O-R-M-E-R.
Now, I already have this app but that’s it right there. To install it, you would just click on it. And you see a bunch of crap and then click --. You’d see install and you click install and confirm. Okay. I see. I’ll turn the lights down so you can see this well. One second guys.
Okay, now that’s done. You can exit out of this. You should install it and then from the Cydia and then exit out. So hit your home screen. From here you should see Transformer somewhere around here or go to wherever I put in. So we’re going to find wherever mine is. First, here it is. So click on it to open it up.
You should see all these. You should see Activation and Prefs, Add Signal Bars, Add iPhone Apps, Add—click Do It All to get all in the phone, signal bars, everything. So first we want to do is do that. Click Now. We Spring Now. If we don’t do Spring Now then it won’t do anything. And so we click Spring Now.
In this video, I’ll give you the order for the iPhone app so you can trick your friends then can get an iPhone. My phone is not functional though, so okay.
Now, as you can see, we have a camera app up here. Phone, iPod button, where is SMS? SMS is down here and that’s pretty much it. So, first to get the right order, take up the Contacts. We want the Contacts there. Take that out of there. Take that and the other apps you have besides the basic ones; the originals. Okay.
Now we got order goes phone by taking this stuff to phone, mail, Safari, iPod to phone. Safari iPod, now that’s good and then on the top as it go, goes SMS. Now we got SMS. Drag it over. Drag it over. The SMS goes up here. Your camera is in the corner there. Photos, it goes up here. Camera there. Okay and I think that’s right where I can switch this up.
Okay, that is default order right there. So now you can tell it like acting like an iPhone. It says no service on here. If you want to do something, you can install WinterBoard and then you can go to Cydia. So I’ll show here better signal if you want.
Go and install WinterBoard too if you don’t have them already installed that. It’s already very slow for some reason and it’s really annoying. Okay, so click search and click—just type in signal bars. S-I-G-N-A-L, signal. Okay, you see I can see Signal Bars, install that. That’s what you want. You don’t need any sources for this. It should be on here. If it’s not on here, then leave me a comment or a message.
Okay, click—why it’s taking so long to load? Cancel up there over there. I don’t know why it’s just taking so long. It usually doesn’t take this long. Okay, click Confirm. And now we’re almost done. We’re almost done. It is running. I really don’t know what’s doing, ours is just taking so long. Okay you click Return to Cydia. Go back home. I’m finding a way to get back to the home screen. I don’t know what I just did. One sec, okay and now you’re back at the home screen. Go find WinterBoard if you have WinterBoard installed, okay.
You should see the AT&T signal somewhere at the bottom. Click them. The home screen, it should—you should see a pin right on the middle. You can see that pin right there. I want to close it because it will not hold the camera on focus. --Spring now here it is. Slide to unlock.
After you—I’m sure if you restarted it, you’ll see that AT&T signal bar is up there. I don’t know why it won’t this time. But as soon as you start, your iPhone--gone and that will be there. I guarantee you.
So yeah. That’s it for this video. Rate, comment, favorite, subscribe. And by the way if you have any video suggestions, go ahead and put them—any comment or message me, subscribe, rate, comment, favorite, you know.
Make sure you subscribe. We’re kind of low in subscribers, 106 now I think. I haven’t got any—a couple—we haven’t had any in a couple days now, so everyone counts. If you like the video subscribe. If not, then whatever.
Rate, comment, favorite, subscribe. This looks like an iPhone, you can tell. At least tell where the phone is. It’s kind of gay but it’s a virtual keypad but—that’s it.
SMS doesn’t work but you can actually like—some of the text and a logo get frozen and says sending your message. The iPod button works; so iPod button works fine. That’s what’s cool about this. The camera also doesn’t work because it’s an iPod touch. So in this videos—okay that’s it guys. So, that’s how you make your iPod to look an iPhone. So I’ll see you guys on the next video. Bye.
