Hey guys! This time I just want to share with you another neat site and it’s an online kaleidoscope maker. So, it’s the same site where I have found the Craymachine, an online sound effects generator which is really cool.
So, here’s another cool interactive toy for you to play with, it’s called the kaleidoscope maker. So, this is how to use this toy, so you just click and drag the shapes into the circle with the blue outline. And when the blue pie-shaped sweeps passed the objects you have placed in the circle, you will see them appear in the kaleidoscope to the right like so. So, this is how this toy works, so the kaleidoscope above is made by duplicating and flipping the viewable wedge that is sweeping around the circle to the left. So, this is the sweeping pie. And below, you can see how a single pie shape comes one of the images above so this is how the pattern is formed.
So, let’s try it out. I’ll just make my own design. Like I always say, you can do way better than these guys so just have fun exploring and designing. So, as you can see, as I’m putting the shapes it is formed there as the pie is sweeping like so. I think that’s pretty cool, so I’m just going to add some more. There goes my own design, so it’s a bit logy because of my screen recorder but anyway you can try this for yourselves and just have some fun doing so.
