Hi thanks for joining me today, this is what we are going to make, this 3x3 envelope card. It is really easy to make and it is so cute and both of these are 3x3 but this is the one that I made using the regular medium sized envelope. Look how cute that is. God I just love it.
Okay, these envelopes also come in the love notes and so if you did not just want to have an open card, you could do the same thing and use the regular cards that come in the love notes.
Okay, let us get started, slide these over. Here are your supplies, your 3x3 envelope, your celery card stock measures 3x3 also, so clearly this must be a little bit larger than 3x3 but that is what it says it is. So 3x3, 2-7/8 by 2-7/8 is the white and you are designer paper is 3/8x2.
Okay, so the first thing that you are going do is take the top of the envelope and push that inside. Okay, just like that, see. And then the next thing would be to go ahead and attach your design the paper. I am going to stamp on mine first because if I were to mess up then I can start over.
Okay, I am using happy birthday and this is from the Biddy Birthday Stamp Set. I got is straight so that is good. I am going to go ahead and attach this. And I guess you would consider this the back of the envelope. Okay, so now that that is attached, go ahead and put your ribbon. And where you put your ribbon is just right where your designer paper ends. Okay, so hopefully I can do this with my band-aid on my finger. I just had a paper cut but those were the worst.
Okay, I am going to trim that, cute. Okay, so now to make the inside of the card, I am just going to attach the white, it will stick to my band-aid. Okay, so now the last thing that I am going to do is make the little flower so on my scrap white sheet of paper, I am going to use my celery ink pad and the one of a kind of flowers, I am going to stamp that. This matches the Bojo blossoms punch, I am going to punch those out. Okay, I am only going to use two of these flowers. I am going to set up them on my trick stand and wind that up and get my brad. It is really hard to get this brad with a band-aid on your finger, there we go.
Okay, and then to attach this, you just use a glue dot and I put it on the brad. Look I got it glue dot on my finger so I better watch what I am doing. Okay, and then, what I like to do is kind of pick these flowers up a little bit and just kind of bend the edges so it kind of looks like a real flower.
Okay, so there you have it, if you have any questions just let me know. Thanks a lot. Goodbye.
