Making Your Own Jewellery
Hello, it is Katie from “My Beads Club” and today, I am going to show you how to do a really easy charm bracelet. And you’re going to need a length of chain with quite a large loop and as you can see, I have already attached a couple of small beads here. These are just Venetian glass. Fill the beads and they are just attached simply with a jump ring, so I put four of those on already as you can see, and I finished off at the end here with what is called a loop glass and a jump ring at the other end.
You can attach any type of charms you like but I found these lovely chunky glass beads, and I thought they would look really nice and just three of them is going to be quite heavy on me. I have already made up two and I am going to make this one up. Now, we are going to put a small base bead on the bottom. I hope you had a pin so as not so this bead does not fall off because we got quite a large hole.
We are going to thread them on there and then we are going to just do a turn, a simple loop, bend it over like that, and then twirl it over. It is going to the table. Okay, so that is one and what we are going to do is take a jump ring. We are going to attach that to the chain itself. We need to make sure it is going to be in the center and we will get through and then simply just close simply by twisting it back. Okay, so that is one. You are just going to continue doing exactly the same for each one; bend, make a loop, and attach it, and the last one there, and I will show you the finished item.
