This drink is called a Miami Beach Ice Tea. It’s a variation of the original Long Island Iced Tea. We’re going to take our mixing cup here, and we’re going to use a number of our clear liqueur in our speed rack.
So we’re going to use a half ounce of vodka, half ounce of gin, half ounce of light rum, half ounce of Tequila, strong drink, half ounce of peach schnapps, so we’re giving a low peach flavor in there. We’re going to use just a splash of our sour mixed, not too much, a little dash of our cranberry juice, there we go, not too much again.
We got a lot of ingredients in there, so we want to mix them up clearly, so before we start mixing them up. We want to ice up our glass which is on here, let’s mix it up. Let’s shake it up a lot.
And let’s drain it in here without the ice, here we go. Now we just got a little more to do. We’re going to give a little splash of our Seven Up, a little lemon lime soda just like so. We’re going to take a lemon wedge put it right on there. Let’s put a couple of long straw so we can sip it. And there we have it, our Miami or Miami Beach Ice Tea.
