How to Make a Chocolate Cake.

Coulant au Chocolat by Sverges. Ingredients: 250 gram cover chocolate, 225 gram sugar, 210 gram butter, 90gram flour and 6 eggs. Procedure: Separate the egg white from yolks. Beat the egg whites with a whisk. Egg white should not fall. Put in the fridge. Melt the chocolate and the butter, add the sugar to yolks. Mix with a spoon or spatula. If the mixture is too thick add some water. Add the melt chocolate, beat all with the whisk add the egg white and mix with a spoon or spatula. Add the flour and mix with a spoon or spatula. Fill the containers and put them into the freezer. Warm the oven 210 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the coulant in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Inside should be liquid. After this time its finished.
