Hello! I am Marie and I am going to show you how to make your own homemade crackers in just a few simple steps. Making your own personalized crackers is so simple, as it's surely be impressing your guests this Christmas. To make your crackers, you will need two rolls of coordinating napkin paper, string ribbon, a decorative pouch, pair of scissors, some cracker snaps that needs to go in your crackers.
Now for guests, you may even give each guest their own personalized present or you can do as I've done here, which is packets for the men. For the ladies, we got some boutique accessories and sweets always for the kids.
So we start by cutting ourselves a piece of big wrap, approximately 33 centimeters wide by 17 centimeters deep. This is just a rough guide. Basically, initially you can take three centers across the line and then you close enough to wrap all the way around with a little over that.
Next, take your central tube and pop in it cracker snap and just it needs to take inside as I have already done that. Then line them up across your back edge with side, and then I'll just got side to take in, I am just sticking over to the central tube under it. Don't touch center, roll forward and again, you see, now that were three pieces it take, I'll just show you the center one but it's just the covering.
Okay, it's forming two bright sides. Once you have the basic cracker shape, you just need to tie the ends. I have already done one to show you here. Before you tie your second end, you need to pop your gift inside. So we'll probably lift in. You need to be a little bit creative about what else you pop in. There we go, and that's it, push it down. This is the side, you should keep tying the ends but you just pull out the end tube, the fills in the gap and it's actually been your central tube. Walk it around a little bit and we'll take these string ribbon, take its position, and just tie it around.
You just put it, tying and you are spending a little more time doing so than needed. Look like what I said. Aren't you happy? You can remove the end tube. Now you have your finished cracker, we just need to decorate it. So taking a piece of brown paper here, we cut it approximately six centimeters wide, just so it forms a central part on your cracker and just so we have to wrap around the cracker, we are going to make it for that. Decorative paper is that they have a lot of – put it in there, and push it down, here all the way along until you have something that is perfect. You want to just get a top for that, middle of the cracker, a little bit of the take, and your cracker is ready for your Christmas table.
