How to Make a Copper Bomb

This is how to make a bomb out of some normal household items kind a Macgyver style, made by Mats.

This is seriously dangerous, no doubt use only at your own responsibility. This bomb can hurt, blind and even kill, if you are not careful. You should set up a bomb strike like I have done. When the bomb explodes splinters fly around and if the sides of the bombsite ain't shielded. You might get hit. If you understand my concern let's go. You'll need a scissor, about four small candles, about ten match boxes (standard size in Norway), about four inches copper tube.

First you have to press the one of the ends flat. Use a hammer or something similar to make the end look like this. Okay time to start making the main ingredient, sulfur. This is easy, but takes time. Use the scissors or something similar to cut of the top of the match. Cut match-heads to fill about 4/5 of the tube.

Okay back to the bombsite: Please use the wood to make a bridge like this construction. Bomb candle lights. Like this. So far so good.

Fill the tube with the match-heads and sealed the last end as you sealed the first. This is a little tricky, because you'll have to be pretty precise. It should be like a quarter inch airspace inside as you seal it. When you seal the last end and you shake the bomb, you should hear the matches move just a little. The smaller amount of air equals shorter time before it explodes, but if you get a match head between the copper edges and you try to seal it, it can ignite if you press hard enough so don't. Go get candles on fire and put the bomb as bridge above it. All flames should touch the bomb. Take cover somewhere far away waiting 3-60 minutes, depending on the airspace inside and size of the flames.

The explosion itself reminds me of a rifle shot so stay back. Don't ever and go look if the lights are out (just had to say it). If time goes by and nothing happens, throw some water on the candles from a distance. As the bomb gets cold, you can try it again with more candles or lower the bridge. Hope this was somehow cool, but promise to be careful, if you ever try it.
