Martini glass, ice and water, chill down. And let’s start.
Mixing glass, very, very easy recipe, one shot of everything.
One shot of Belvedere, citrus vodka. One shot of cointreau orange tequila. One shot of cranberry juice, and two lime wedges.
The drink is now pretty much made.
Shake over ice. Break and taste.
Discard your chilled water, and double strain.
Again, just removing the ice crystals.
Garnish, orange zest and a lighter, and then flame by.
Twist over the drink, wipe here on the rim of the glass. Skin side up and serve.
