Thanks, the video presentation was very helpful. I didn't use raspberries, I substituted fresh strawberries(that's what I had on hand).

By: yewenyi A smoothie is a blended, chilled, sweet beverage which is made from fresh fruit. In addition to fruit, many smoothies include crushed ice, frozen fruit, or frozen yogurt. They have a milkshake-like consistency which is thicker than slush drinks, but unlike milkshakes, they do not usually contain cow's milk or any kind of ice cream. Smoothies are marketed to health-conscious people, and some restaurants offer add-ins such as soy milk, whey powder, green tea, herbal supplements, or nutritional supplement mixes. Smoothies became available in the United States sometime in the late 1960s when ice cream vendors and health food stores began selling them. By the 1990s and 2000s, smoothies became available at mainstream cafés and coffee shops and in pre-bottled versions at supermarkets.

How to make a delicious Fruit Smoothie

First of all, you'll need:

3 Fresh bananas
A bag of frozen raspberry
0.5 L orange juice
One teaspoon vanilla
One spoon full of Honey
Some ice cubes
And of course a blender.

Let's begin. First slide the bananas out. Do the following thing, with the two other bananas, and put them in the blender. Now put a teaspoon of vanilla in it. After that put a spoon full of honey in it. Now put the 0.5 L in the blender thingy. Now put about a 100 gram raspberry in the blender. And at last some ice cubes if you want. And blend it. Till it at last looks like this. Now taste it, and see if you like it! Mmmm.
