Next, we are going to go around it. Just keep going around. You see how it is going to -- the shape so we are just going to keep adding up on an on and if your rubber band pops, just make a longer rubber band because I know mine is going to pop so I am going to have to connect my rubber band. If it is better to have a really big rubber band to hold all the diaper, that will be good.
So just keep adding diapers all around with our rubber band holding it in. And if your rubber band pops just add a big one. Just cut about two the small rubber bands and connect both and to make that bigger rubber band to hold it. And so, keep forming until you get the shape that you want. Make sure you do not use all the diapers because you want a second tier and a third tier. So let us clip on that.

Use ribbons to tie all the diapers in place and tight. Rubber will not hold it well.
Tie it two times to make sure diapers are hold tight in place. Now, you attach all tier diapers on top of each other. Biggest layer at the bottom. Connect them on the side with Ribbons.
Use glue gun to glue ribbons around the cake.
Now add on the mini travel kit or other or other toys you want to add on for decoration. I also added mini ribbons.
Make sure ur toy is tied on tight on the last top tier.
