3 Tiered Shooting Drill

This shooting drill for soccer is explained in Chalktalk and then w/ 2 different live videos of players doing this drill. Great for Youth Soccer Coaches.

The next drill Bobby is going to perform is a short ladder. You want to set up the cones, five yards apart up to 15 yards. As they approach the cone they are going to turn towards it cutting and coming back to the start, each time. I normally give about 15 to 20 seconds for the athlete to finish this, depending on the athlete's ability and skill level. Bobby is going to start, when I say go and three, two, one go. That's it. Nice turns. Sit, down and back, you are at 10, 13, 14, 15; good and rest and that is short ladder.
