Wonder Dude Ford: There he is.
Wonder Dude Mike: Santa.
Wonder Dude Ford: Hi every body, welcome to the wonder weekly. This is Wonder Dude Ford. We are at the North Pole where we are going to visit Santa. Come on.
Wonder Dude Mike: I think I saw a reindeer. Wow, that is Santa and this is his workshop.
Wonder Dude Ford: But this is not just any part of his workshop. This is the secret part of his workshop, where even the elves do not get to go.
Wonder Dude Mike: Let us see what he is working on.
Wonder Dude Ford: Yes.
Wonder Dude Mike: Hey, Santa.
Wonder Dude Ford: Hey, Santa.
Santa: Hi wonder Dudes, how you doing? What are you guys doing out there?
Wonder Dude Ford: So, what are you going to show us today?
Santa: I got toy scope for you boys. Exclusive on wonder how to.
Wonder Dude Ford Exclusive. It is a coffee table.
Wonder Dude Mike: Exclusive. It is a table. Santa we came all the way North Pole and all you gave us is a table top
Santa: This is called a Playgo.
Wonder Dude Ford: A Playgo.
Santa: This is going to be the hottest thing.
Wonder Dude Ford: Where are the transformer?
Santa: This is a wonder transformer.
Wonder Dude Mike: This is a woody optimist.
Santa: If you got a bunch of them, you can stock them to as high as you want, build bridges, ramps, run on it and down.
Wonder Dude Mike: I see, this is a transformer. You can stock a whole bunch of this together and make a whole little city out of them. This is like a lego, set instead of playing with it.
Wonder Dude Ford: You play on it. And Playgo is so easy to make even kids can do it. This lego system is so big, even your parents can join in. Start with four 23 and a quarter inch long, 2x1 pieces of wood, pair them up and nail them into the shape of an L. So that you should have two L’s when you are finish.
Santa: Boy, is it that just amazing?
Wonder Dude Ford: Now, staple your two L’s and do a perfect square. This is the frame of your playgo.
Wonder Dude Mike: Santa, now is the time to attach the legs right? With just a slide just this under and then nail it into the slides?
Santa: No, no. You need a spacer.
Wonder Dude Mike: A spacer, what is that?
Santa: We are going to put that right in here and then push this down, so that the next unit can fit inside there, so you can stock them.
Wonder Dude Mike: So, the spacer allows for the stocking.
Santa: That is right.
Wonder Dude Mike: So, the spacer basically gave us enough space up here. So, in the next unit safely locks in the place.
Santa: So, this is the way it is done. Alright we got the legs done.
Wonder Dude Mike: The top of your playgo needs to be two feet by two feet square.
Santa: Now, we need to measure our top so that we can get holes cut. These boards are three quarter of an inch, so I need to go in three quarters and three quarters on the top.
Wonder Dude Ford: After marking your corner, trace the end of the leg and use it as a template for what needs to be cut out.
Santa: Just remember, that repeat that on all four corners. This is the most important measurement, if you do not do it right, your playgo’s will not connect.
Wonder Dude Mike: Take out your power drill.
Santa: You need to draw a hole, on two other corners, preferably opposite corners. Now, you got two holes that are a lot of you to use your drill saw to cut out the pattern. Stay right outside the line, okay. It is so easy. See, there is nothing to it.
Now, we are going to repeat that process on all four corners. You may want to put it on a real good platform, so it is real solid and it could be a lot easier for you to cut. Now, that all the four corners have been cut out, you can see that the next unit seats right on top and it fits all the layers. Just like that. Now, grab your nail gun and let us nail the top on. Tops all then.
Wonder Dude Ford: Let us connect, alright.
Santa: Let us do it. This is so much fun.
Wonder Dude Ford: Playgo.
Santa: How about that?
Wonder Dude Ford: What is next Santa?
Santa: Now, I want to show you how to build safety rails.
Wonder Dude Ford: Safety rails, right Santa?
Santa: Yes.
Wonder Dude Mike: Hold on Santa, were going to need two 24 inch, 2x1 side pieces, one 16 inch center piece and a 23 inch 1x1 top rail.
Santa: You are going to nail the rail nine inches from the top of the pole. Now, we are going to attach the top rail, make sure you measure that both sides are even, inch and three quarters at there on both sides, and flush with the top. Now, it is time to drill some fastening holes.
One in three quarters from the edge. One and three quarters from the bottom that will give you a cross airs and that is where you are going to place your bit. You are going to use a five eight inch drill bit to draw our hole, good one and in the other sides, one and three quarters. Now, drill the second one, get that wonder dude and let me hold it for you.
Wonder Dude Ford: Alright.
Santa: We are going in two half quarter, flush at the bottom of the board mark a circle, so, you know where is your next hole. Again, two in a quarter.
Wonder Dude Ford: Now, we are ready to drill a hole.
Santa: Two inch by five, eight inch bolt, put the washer, there, and one here, the way you put it on. It should look like that if you are board in there. Put the washer on; put another washer on the back, like a bow. There you have your safety rail. You can repeat that on each side, drill the same holes, that way they are interchangeable. So, you can use them at any configuration that you want.
Now, with my limited edition playgo’s, you can built anything, you can build bridges, church, ramps, yes. You will be able to have more fun than you ever had in your whole life. I can just built slay out of playgo’s, will that be something, oh my gosh.
Wonder Dude Ford: Hey, did you see where Mike went?
Santa: I think he is up in feeding the reindeer.
Wonder Dude Ford: Can we build the ramps now?
Santa: Yes, let us build it. We are going to attach this two by for foot ramp; we have attached the hinges here. Now, we took a one by, again, two foot wide and attach it here. So, if they swabbed, and we have this on each ends, so, you can use this as a ramp. You are going to attach one to the, right here. You are going to use the same post that we use before, it is all uniform, all interchangeable, and I will show you how to do this. Does the same thing right here, and there you have it. This is just like being on a play ground.
Have a ramp like this, you can build a bridge, and you can attach another module set over here so we have to be two or you can stock three of them and build a ramp up this way and get up being for hire. You can also build a draw bridge, great up like this, put some rope on it and you can invite all your friends in your castle, and you can lower the gate down. Santa is going to slide down. From Rudolf, Downer, Watson, Mrs. Clause, all the guys at wonderhow.com. Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas.
