How to Make a Guadeloupe Fish Salad
This week in the Galley, I want to show you really simple recipe to do. Now, sometimes when we’re cooking fish and I like to cook a bunch of fish sometimes for the whole week. I end up with some left over fish, other pieces. So, what I have here is just a bunch of left over fish combination of yellowtail rockfish all mixed in together and just make sure you a really—I wouldn’t call it quite the salad but can like a vegetable dish that you can do with these. It’s very easy to do.
So, what I do is start off things like Kikkoman soy sauce and just drizzle a little bit on there. Some other fishes are even marinated all the products. So, I just get mix it in there a little bit, a little bit of sauce. Take some corn put that right in there. Just all the corn and now some jalapeno’s cut up. Now we add some red onions, and just really looks nice presentation all the different colors and the taste would be great. A little bit of avocado, not too much and some cilantro and then we can drills all again of the little bit more of the soy sauce.
You don’t want to add a lot because it has a lot salt. Just a little bit there and just mixed it all together because this is just a nice, simple, little dish you can do in lot of game. I just want a quick meal if this is only be cut to do it earlier today and earlier in the week and you just got its all ingredients to and you can add other different types of bell peppers or different types of chili’s, peppers to it and it works fine. Take a little bite. Delicious, can also what I do sometimes put this in little container. Take it to work with me. Have it in the office. It’s a great lunch. Let’s get back on the water and show you more exciting action right here on sport fishing.
