How to Make a Kiwi Caipirinha This Kiwi Caipirinha adds a summer twist to the national cocktail of Brazil, by simply adding fresh meat and Kiwi, deliciousness coming your way. Start by placing a dice lime into a ten ounce glass, then add a kiwi that’s been peeled and cubed, pinch a part in that six fresh mint leaves. And top the mixture of with one teaspoon of raw sugar to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients, mottled them together for about ten seconds or until well blended. The next step is to fill the glass with ice then pour in two ounces of Cachacha. A spirit made from unrefined sugar and also add one half ounce of simple syrup. Give it a good stir, garnishing with a kiwi slice is the perfect finishing touch for this refreshing drink.
