How to Make a Martini & Rossi Asti Mimosa

Hi, I’m Milo Rodriguez, Master Mixologist. We’re here in New York City and I’m about to show you the Martini and Rossi Asti Mimosa. Martini and Rossi Asti is the number one selling imported sparkling wine in the US. There’s no sugar added to Martini and Rossi Asti. In fact, the natural sweet flavor lends itself wonderfully to a Mimosa and other classic champaign cocktails.

So let’s begin. First take your Champaign Flute preferably; nice and tall with the long stem at freshly squeezed orange juice. It's always best if it's freshly squeezed. About one part of the glass to two parts of Martini and Rossi Asti Sparkling Wine, I like to tilt to make it easy to pour so it doesn’t fizz up and go al over the sides of the glass, pour it nice and slowly. As you can see, very simple. It mixes itself and to finish a strawberry garnish which works really well with the Sparkling Wine and also as really nice color contrast and there you are the Martini and Rossi Asti Mimosa.
