Male: Hi. Welcome to WatchMojo.Com. We’re here at the 2007 International Beer Festival. We got beers from all over the world. The idea is to taste them, try them out and see which one you like.
Marilyn, what kind of beer is it? Where does it come from? Which country?
Marilyn: The Stella Artois is a Belgian beer. It’s a very light beer. It’s a 5.2% beer. It’s a blonde beer created in 1926 for Christmas and they had so much success that they continued brewing that beer.
Male: Stell Artois seems to be a classy beer. Is that true? Does that have anything to do with the nice gold rim on the glasses.
Marilyn: A perfect Stella Artois is served in a glass like that. It’s like in a cat list form. We have a nine-step ritual just so you have a perfect Stella Artois beer. So first of all is the purification. You have to wash the glass and you have to rinse it out. We do the sacrifice like whoops. We pour the beer in the wine.
Male: Who gets to drink that underneath.
Marilyn: No one actually. It’s the garbage.
Male: Okay. That’s aweful.
Marilyn: After that, you have to rinse out the glass like that. You have to put a little piece of paper to take off all the water and then you serve the Stella Artois like perfectly.
Male: Now, I could see that that could take a little bit long in a busy bar. But I could see right now, it’s very presentable. It’s such a classy beer.
