Corinne: What’s up and welcome to Thread Heads Bitching Back 2 Skool Special.
Rob: Now, one of the worst thing things, I can imagine is walking in the school and seeing somebody wearing the same thing that I was.
Corrine: Well, this week, we are taking a look at few ways, you can lively up your hallways by personalizing your school gear.
Rob: Now, we have been getting a ton of questions about cool bags and there is a couple cool things we ran across. Like this awesome duck tape hook bags over at ducktypefashion.com that Neff told us about. Then there is this tutorial for bag packs that you can make with old ties and dinner placemats, we found on craftygal.com. But if you really want to stand out we suggest the mugpack. We found this bad boy on instructable.com created by unnamed chemist using a 1988 Macintosh SE.
Corinne: Or you could murder one of your old stuffed animals and give them a new life.

Corinne: Sorry, that is a little extreme but do not worry he will be okay after surgery. I had to make the incision in baby seals chest and take out some of his guts. I then took out this extra large pair of pants and cut off one of pant legs, sawed the bottom closed and sawed the top to both sides of the incision. Next I sawed on the zipper and I was done with the first pocket. Then I made slit on the back and repeated the same process to make a back pocket. Lastly I sewed on some straps that I cut of on old bag pack and I was done.
I also use the left over pant pieces to make a matching pencil case and awesome book cover with secret note pocket. Go to the thread banger blog for the complete details. I only killed fake baby seals for fashion.
Rob: Another cool idea making a messenger bag, like this one are good friend Bree made over at make magazine.
Male2: I am Bree Peres and I need a bag, a messenger bag so I made up some plans and did some research on the internet and found Federico’s site. He puts together messenger bags out of old vinyl signs. Luckily, I got my friend Andy here from etsy(ph) and she is going to show me how to make this stuff that is like recycled plastic that I can use for this bag.
Andy: Everybody has a million, billion plastic bags in there kitchen show and their kitchen sink but what you can do with them is knot them with iron to make a fake tie bets(ph) like material that is free and bountiful and really easy to do.
Male: as I have a bunch of trash bags that did not fit in my trash can and I already did this, saw it all together to make one big sheet. Making a messenger bag out of plastic bag.
Rob: For more on how to make an up-stake messenger bag check out the respond task weekend projects at magazine.com.
Corinne: When we return more cool back to school stuff so stick around.

Corinne: Pixie Dolores, we asked ourselves about back to school. My sister made very cool and she gave me whole bunch of scrap folder and I made this beautiful bag. Whenever you are making a bag the one thing that you would rather make sure to do is to make sure that two things are durable make sure the base is durable and make sure your strap is durable. I like my straps, it is a t-shirt and art with old jeans see, the bottom lined down.
Rob: That was pretty sweet. Remember, if you have any videos of anything you have made send it on in will put it in the show.
Corinne: this week on the forum, Tableft made this cool laptop cover out of an old hoodie complete with pockets. Outsapop from Finland posted this dress she made up of old ties for trash and fashion show. We got a quick clip send in by Angelica of her Thread Banger inspired wardrobe and then we got Nicole CPM who said she wanted to see anything for your head even brats(ph) so, I got this clips from a local craft store and using glue seal it in above and waded(ph) area. I applied this old dice we had then some quit little bears and I even made bows that match my new school gear.
Yes, a Panthera of sweet new brats(ph) and this was just classic. Coffee in this hand made wrestling mask taken down sewing machine. Got picture of you with you DIY fashion to make your machines, well we want to see them. Checkout the thread show of your baby created by pinoy blaze thread banger forums and get the posted.
Rob: So, good luck with that back to school thing and let us know how it goes. We know leave you with the music video by the foot browns
