Hi I am Sandy with A-floral and today we have a Pew Clip it has got a fresh flower foam in it and this is beautiful, beautiful way to decorate a pew in a church for a wedding. Because this is already soaked, let it soak until it feels very heavy. If you poke a pin or a wire into and bubbles are still coming out air bubbles it is not finish. So let us soak completely that way your flower will last for a long time.
Now, it is inexpensive to use greens to decorate with so we are going to start with some greens and cover up our foam with some bakers fern or you hear it called mother leaf can see how talented I am if I can design this with both just one hand. If you are doing this in your home or in a shop you can set this right down on your table.
Now we kind of see the kind of shape that we are doing to use and I am going to add some other greens because remember greenery is inexpensive and fresh flowers are much more expensive. So let us put some pieces of Solale in here, it gives you a different texture. The leaves are a little bigger and they are not fern furans and so this will help fill in a little bit and then the last thing that I am going to use today is seeded eucalyptus and I like to use seeded eucalyptus because it is my favorite.
And you could put this no your pew just filled with greens. Okay, we will have set it down and do a little cutting. You do not have to add any flowers or any ribbons just greens will be beautiful. That we are going to add a little bit of everything today to show you all the things that you can do. So you can see the seeded eucalyptus has the little seeds right on there look like little berries. Quite beautiful has a little different shape kind of gray-green leaf which is also quite pretty. And sometimes I would like to coordinate my foliage with what the girls are wearing in the weddings. So if you they are wearing kind of a grayer of shade we might like to use some grayer greens. So we would like to use a seeded eucalyptus. So you could do just some greenery and a ribbon and hang that out on a pew. But today we are going to add little color to ours and I have some solid aster here.
We will take the leaves off before you insert it into the foam, because if the leaves are under it will make a bigger hole. And that will be a problem for you it could fall out because the holes is too big for the stem so make sure you pull the leaves off of the stem and then insert it into the foam.
The solid aster will just gives us a little color. Yellow is one of my favorite colors, always looks like sunshine can paint any room at your house yellow and you will fill like it is sunny everyday. And then another one of my favorite flowers, Alstermeria and these are small lilies and quite beautiful. And just a few of those mixed into the foam would give you a nice burst of color and you can use any flowers that you would like you can match it with what is going in the wedding and in just a few minutes you have a beautiful arrangement that could not only be use on the pew. But where do you think you can use this afterwards?” How about if you hang this on a stair railing entryway into the reception hall or on the back of he chair or onto the back of the door as on the entryway.
So, you cannot only use these pew clips in the church but you can use them at the reception, as well. So, I say enjoy have a good time, decorate anyway you want just greens, greens and flowers, or remember you could do greens and ribbons and use it over and over again. Have a great Day!
