To make the Pico De Gallo Cocktail, first you dice the tomatoes. Then, you can add the tomatoes to a bowl and move on to cut three green onions, chop it finely which comes out to approximately a quarter of a cup. Add the green onions to the bowl. Then, you can cut the avocado, one medium sized avocado. You want to dice the avocado.
Then, you can cut cilantro up about 1/3 of a cup. Before you chop the cilantro, you want to separate it out at about six sprigs for garnish and add it to the mixture. Then, you add a can of hearts of palm and then you want to thinly slice the palms. Then you add the heart to the mixture, take two cloves of garlic and finally mince them up and then add those. Then, you seed and mince one small jalapeno and add it to the cocktail. Add the jalapenos to the cocktail and then you mix all the ingredients gently together.
Then, you add two tablespoons of lime. To make that lime easier to juice, you just roll the lime a couple of times and then cut the lime, squeeze and add the limejuice throughout the cocktail.
Finally, you can add one quarter of a teaspoon of sea salt and just sprinkle the sea salt inside. And then you mix the cocktail one more time, mix it gently. So the cocktail is ready to serve. The recipe serves about six. We are going to garnish it with the sprig and here you have the Pico De Gallo Cocktail.
