Hello, everybody. This is part two of my Microsoft PowerPoint presentation tutorials, and in this one, I'm going to show transition and a for formatting things I can do. So, first of all, to get started with about putting some transition in with slide transitions, it is what the slide looks like when it’s leaving the—we’re coming in into the viewing area. So, first of all, I'm just going to choose one to do everything and I'm going to use push right. I'm going to apply these to all lines just to give you a general idea. There you go. See how it is sliding over? It’s pretty nice.
And with this, you can choose, there is all kinds. So I'm going to do one real quick for every different slide. You can just press on it and then do it clockwise and—okay. So, you can just play around with those different ones and see what you like the best. You see, those are transitions, are real easy, all stuff they do in PowerPoint is pretty easy.
Okay, so we have got that, and with the transitions you can choose different speeds, make them fast. I'm just going to step with fast. Also, pick sounds. So, let’s say for the first one, I’ll just choose—let’s choose breathe and the for the end one, let’s choose applause and we’re going to go and view this. I don’t know if you would be able to hear these through this, but because cam recorder is working, but when you do, you should be able to hear them. Okay, yup, not working. And you don’t want to press loop until next sound, so just keep going and going and going for a long time. Later on, I might show you more things, you can do sounds. Okay, let’s do some different formatting stuff we can do.
Up here, you have got your fonts in bold, italic, underlines, these are all the same as word, the only thing that’s different, the shadow, which most of the time we see, basically everything is shadowed. It doesn’t make much of a difference, it doesn’t look much different but it does—the better of them.
Next thing I'm going to show you about is picture editing. So I have got my picture here, and down here I have got my picture toolbar which if you don’t have this—let’s see if I don’t have it. And you can go down, right click, picture, there it is. It will probably pop over here and then you can drag it down onto this toolbar. Few different things in this, you’ve got your inset picture which you probably got a picture. You’ve got your color and then you go black and white and stuff, black and white, I'm just guessing with color, just automatic. And you can choose more contrast which will make it more of a shaper looking picture as you can see. That looks pretty cool. I like that. Then you can make it brighter. So you see, it looks like there is a lot of line on, but let me go ahead and turn it down. Let’s say if I got a way, I'm going to screw with having to press all the way down, and my picture is—well, I just want to restore my picture to back how it originally was. At this button right here, restore picture. It goes to original.
So I'm going to go up the contrasting, which is pretty cool because that look really cleaner, I guess. Right here, you can crap it. So, let’s see. That’s what you’re crapping, it is just like any other software crapping. And then, right here, you can resize. We just had the scale resized. Let’s say—oh, that kind of looks ugly, doesn’t it? Well, let’s go back. Let’s say if you want a resizing that is going to be a—it’s going to keep this original shape and it’s going to resize and hold down shift, and you can do it. Oops, maybe I lied. Control Z for undo, shifting—yeah, it keeps it’s original. So basically doing this too. And then you’ve got your rotate, but you can also rotate it right here, and this one, I like better because you have more control of how you want to look. And then you’ve got—I'm adding picture, re-color picture. You aren’t going to use any of these for this picture, compress picture. Here, select transparency color, just take it over here. Let’s say I want the white to be transparent. It’s gone now. But it kind of looks ugly, just because it’s how its picture is. It goes by the pixel and color. So, I'm going to restore just a little like this. So there you go, that’s basically all I'm going to talk about in this tutorial.
I hope this helped you again and once again, I'm going to do this. It’s pretty sweet. Okay. Well, I'm going to have some more tutorials coming up, so keep watching. Thanks.
