How are you doing? My name is Justin. We are here at City Steam Brewery Café at Hartford, Connecticut located in the historic Brown Thomson’s Building.
Right now, we are going to make a martini called the Pumpkin Pie Martini. Basically, this martini is a dessert martini. It’s perfect for Thanksgiving. It’s perfect if you have friends and family over and you’re hosting and your turkey is sort of dry.
We’re going to use an ounce and a half of Smirnoff Vanilla. Then, we are going to go with a half ounce of Bailey’s or Irish cream. Then, the most favorite ingredient, one that kind of gives it its kick is the Pumpkin Spice Coffee-Mate. It’s good for coffee but it’s great for martinis.
What we are going to do is we are going to use an ounce of this and you can use more or less, depending on how sweet you like it. A good shake here. We are going to take your martini glass; we are going to garnish it in a cinnamon and sugar rim. We want to use two parts sugar, one part cinnamon.
Pour it right in there. Wouldn’t you like to have a sip of that?
