How to Make a Smoked Salmon Platter

Ingredients and Quantities
8 oz of smoked salmon
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of red onions, finely diced
2 hard boiled eggs, whites and yolks minced
3 tbsp of capers
1 container of cream cheese, room temperature
cocktail-size rye or pumpernickel bread
fresh parsley and dill sprigs
Directions
1. Lay out the smoked salmon on a plate or tray.
2. Arrange the lemon slices on the platter around the salmon.
3. Plate the onion on the platter near the salmon.
3. To mince the eggs, halve and remove the yolks.
4. Run the egg whites through a coarse strainer over the platter and repeat with the yolks.
5. Plate the capers, cream cheese, cocktail-size rye and pumpernickel bread.
6. Garnish with some herbs like parsley and dill.
