Dr. Barbara Hendel: If you have hurt here you can make a wrap with this sole and you can use warm water hot water or cold water.

Dr. Barbara Hendel: Its depends what its better for you, when you feel better with cold water if you have any inflammation its better you use cold water and if its a chronic hurt its better you use warm water.
Raena Morgan: Okay.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: So, we have, today we have cold water.
Raena Morgan: So this feels inflame, so we have cold water.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: We have cold water, yeah. And then you make it wet and you take some off these concentrated sole.
Raena Morgan: That we made earlier.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Yes that we made earlier.
Raena Morgan: 26%.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Yeah. We put a little bit over there, try and get here. Too much. Okay and then we put it here on where it hurts.
Raena Morgan: Okay.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: And then we put this.
Raena Morgan: Okay, well it just feels good.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Over, and this has to be a here for about one hour.
Raena Morgan: For about an hour.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Yeah, One hour, then the salt goes in and it has a balancing effect and it takes away this inflammatory pain.
Raena Morgan: So it draws out the inflammation.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Yeah, yeah.
Raena Morgan: Oh it does, so salt does that.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: And the salt goes in the -- salt can go through the skin, in the body.
Raena Morgan: Okay, so you would leave this on for about an hour.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Yeah, for about one hour. And you can do this also on your knees or --
Raena Morgan: Your shoulder.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Or in the shoulder or wherever you like.
Raena Morgan: And its cold water if its inflammation and if it's a chronic condition we want the warm water.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: When you feel good with warm water when you feel good with warm you make out we will have warm water.
Raena Morgan: Okay, and about how much of the sole that to be used.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: Well --
Raena Morgan: Just enough to get it wrapped.
Dr. Barbara Hendel: You make, you tried like that and then you put it on this and that's its quite wet.
