How to make a sprite movie!
First you need to figure out what movie you are going to do. Once you have figured out what the title for your movie, you need to add the title to the movie! Here is how to add the title.
Click on the button that says add titles or credits. Then enter the title of the movie then click done add title to movie. Now comes the tricky part making the sprite movie.
First open up a sprite sheet like this. First zoom in and pick a sprite once you have done that it should look like this. Next use the box tool to make a square around the sprite then go to the top of the screen and click edit, copy. Then open up a new paint program and click, edit, paste. It should look like this.
Then move him to the spot you want him to be in at the beginning of the movie. Add a background and other stuff if you want when your done it should look like this. After it, save it as frame 1.
Now it is time for frame number 2! For example say you want to show sonic running if you look at the sprite sheet you will see a bunch of running stripes probably in a row like this.
Pick the first one in the row then copy it over to an empty paint file name it frame 2. it should look like this after.
Repeat the following except with the next sprite. After that just keep doing the same except changing the sprite and before you know it you are almost done.
Now you have to insert the frames into movie makers here is how, click import pictures. Then add frame 1, and continue adding the frames until they are all in. Now to look for them in the collections then drag them into the timeline. But remember to grab the right edge of each frame. Then pull it left, a little box will appear and show how long the clip is. Keep pulling till it day 0:00:00:13.
Keep doing that until you have finished the movie. If you did it correctly it might end up looking like this.
