How to Make a Squab Lettuce Wrap

How to Make a Squab Lettuce Wrap I started this dish by adding the minced squab to a heated water with two tablespoon of vegetable oil. I keep squab make sure moving to ensure even cooking. And then I add chopped black mushroom, a minced and seeded cucumber, fine sliced bamboo shoots, fine slice scallion and minced chili pepper. After few minutes, the squab will begin to blanch and then I add sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. I cooked the mixture for about a moment and incorporating all the ingredients. Then I plate immediately. I like my guests to make their own lettuce wrap by adding a few spoonful of squab to a crisp iceberg lettuce leaf. I use iceberg lettuce because it’s a sturdier lettuce, which creates a nice refreshing crunch along with the warm squab mixture. You may choose to top your wrap with a palm sauce.
