In today’s show, I’m going to teach you how to make a Sweet Lady. Now a Sweet Lady is made of blended Scotch, Miss Johnnie Walker. Now, for those of you who are Scotch aficionados, you may think it’s kind of a sacrilege to mix Scotch with other liqueurs. Well, I tell, you this is a good starter drink. It gives you the taste of Scotch without having just the overall really strong kick.
So, start it out with a cocktail glass and we’re going to chill that as we like to do. Nice and cold. A little bit of ice. A little bit of water. All right. Shaker tin. Ice that. Now come back with your Johnnie Walker Scotch, an ounce. There you go. Peach schnapps, about a quarter ounce. There you go. White creme de cacao, or white crème de cacao depending on how much you’ve been drinking, another quarter of an ounce. There you go.
You want to shake that up. Nice and cold. There you go. Now when you see this drink, it doesn’t look like a large drink. But be careful of this, it’s still a very strong drink. That’s all pure alcohol. It’s not quite as strong kick as a pure scotch but I think you’re going to like that so this is just a sipping drink. Enjoy the taste of it. Let the flavor run over your tongue. Enjoy it.
Now, remember, driving is one thing that doesn’t mix with alcohol. So have a good time tonight and we’ll see you next time.
