Your video recipe "Tuna Melt" was very well presented. I have one that is very similar but not!Interested? I made up this recipe.

How to Make a Tuna Melt

Keith Snow: Hi! I am Chef Keith Snow. Olivia Snow: And I am Olivia Snow, welcome to our kitchen. Keith Snow: Today I am going to show you how to make a tuna melt using white tuna, avocado and some Gouda cheese, and Olivia is going to help me put this together. So the first thing we will do is take our tuna, this is a two cans of albacore dolphin safe tuna. So we get that in and now Olivia is going to help out and let us put some shallots and not all of them, use your spoon please. About half of those shallots that will bring a nice little sweetness, keep going honey, little more, okay, that is enough. We are going to put in all of that so you can dump that right in and that is minced up celery and then I will take the empty thing. And then we have some beautiful tarragon, put that in, one table spoon of lemon juice, pour that in, good job and then I have crème fresh here, now most tuna salad recipes admittedly are going to use mayonnaise, I do not prefer the soybean oil and mayonnaise. I like to use crème fresh, it brings a better richness and also gives a lot of calcium and protein, it does not have some fat in it but so as mayonnaise. So we are going to put in, what do you say Olivia about half of that? Okay. Olivia Snow: That all. Keith Snow: So we will put about half, you can always add more but you cannot take it away, so start giving it a mix Olivia. And I am going to put a little bit of salt and some black pepper, I like black pepper. Mix it up, we are going to need a little more of this (crème fresh), let your daddy do some of the mixing, that is pretty hard work is it not? Olivia Snow: It is hard work. Keith Snow: So we use the back of our fork and we will just turn this over and quickly mince it up, smells good, we are just about ready to stuff it into our pedas and I call this a tuna melt. Because what you can do is take this and pop it in a hot oven or the other thing you could do is to put it in a microwave for about 10 seconds that will make it nice and warm. So here is our peda bread, and then what we are going to do, this is whole wheat peda bread, we are going to open it up and we are going to take some avocado which I think really makes it. And we are just going to lay this avocado in there as best as we can, take some of our Gouda cheese, sort of stuff that in there, this could be a little tricky and then we will go right in with out nice tuna salad with that crème fresh which is awesome. And this is what the finished dish will look like, pop that in the microwave for 10 seconds it will get nice and warm and there you have a nice albacore tuna melt with avocado and it is a good stuff, try it yourself.
