How to Make a Vegetable Stir Fry
Welcome back and thank you for stopping by in my cooking show. It is supper time presented by CornChef.com powered by Norpad Company. I want to appreciate them helping out this episode of my cooking show here is what we have. I am just going to do a vegetable stir fry here.
Very simple, ingredients that we have here for the stir fry. We have some yellow squash, some broccoli and some carrots. Instant rice, I am going to use this roasted garlic half from the Miners Company, it is really good. So I have this pan already going in this wok really nice hot.
Some rice and cooking oil and I grab this. You want to use, I would say probably about four tablespoons. And I like you would re corporate that with the vegetables here. Grab your vegetables like so, when you are stir frying your vegetables when they are thawed out ready to go like the rest here. It is all that I am taken out for the minute and get this all incorporated with your spices and adds your rice. That you have already cooked up ahead of time.
I am going to use two here with the rice and basically we are stir frying this. It is very healthy for you, if you want to cut back on the oil, you can use an olive oil from the core away triazine if you want to click on their logo. And be sure turned out and we will be happy to shoot on the case of olive oil. So in always please subscribe to my cooking show, so the next time when I upload the show. This will automatically go to your home page, so I appreciate it.
You can always maybe add a little soy sauce to this but that’s going to add more salt to this. And if you like dying, you want to try to eliminate your salt intake. So normally we would add salt here and some pepper so we are not going to do that today. So and definitely smell that garlic in that. So that is already to go and so and then it don’t take that long. You know the saute, add some vegetables like that; you are looking at a minute no more than two minutes so. And you rice is going to take maybe 10 to 15 minutes and eggs so if you are in pitch one meat real quick. And this is very healthy; this is less about 30 minute meal Rachel so very good. Tasty, I want to thank you for stopping by my cooking show in supper time presented by CornChef.com, powered by Norpad thank you
